Cancelation Policy

I like to be reasonable and will do everything I can to work with my customers. However, as in any profession or business, time is valuable and time is money. My cancellation policy is as follows.

 

Four or More Days Prior: If you give me at least four days notice, no penalty. 

 

Three Days Prior: Three days or less, cancellation results in me taking half payment for each service you booked, of your prepaid service. If you are not prepaid, then your next booking results in an upcharge of half again the original service charge, on top of your new service charge.

 

No Show: If you have prepaid, I reserve the right to keep your payment in full. At my discretion, I may choose not to book you in the future. If I do book you in the future, I may require double payment. I do have more flexibility for existing students.

Rescheduling: I will make every effort within reason, to reschedule rather than penalize my students.
